Hoping to restore some fullness to your pout? This exercise is as simple as blowing a kiss! Start out by pursing your lips like you would if you were blowing a kiss. However, you'll want to over-exaggerate the movement so that you feel your lips stretching. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times each day.
2. Smooth Forehead Lines
Nobody wants a creased forehead. In order to combat dreadful forehead lines you'll want to engage in this anti-wrinkle exercise to smooth out your forehead. To start, raise your eyebrows up in a surprised expression. Stretch your eyebrows up as high as they'll go without wrinkling your eyebrows in the process. Find a point to stare at in the room for the next 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3--4 times daily.
3. Reduce Lip Creases
One of the most common wrinkle complaints is frown lines. Fine lines that occur around the corners of the mouth and the lips also happen to be some of the first to show up. In order to combat this, begin by smiling and then use your fingers to gently push into the muscles to lift your smile up more. Repeat 20-30 times a day.
